  1. Yum I love this weeks menu, seems healthy too. I haven't done this weeks yet and while I got a chicken out for dinner we had nothing to go with it so the others had Sausage and chips from the chip shop I had a tuna salad 6" sub from subway for dinner. Xx

    1. I'm hungry right now at 5 p.m. with dinner 2 hours away...I could go for a Subway sub just about now, lol. Lucky you, you didn't have to cook!

  2. Everything sounds delicious! We had tuna patties last week and I was reminded that I really enjoy them. Do you use any particular recipe? I like the one from Alton Brown, but I also like to experiment with other recipes, too.

    1. Greg came with its own accessory when I met him :) It was "The Dad Cookbook" and in it was the recipe for tuna patties. It's pretty much the only thing he can cook and one of our kids' favorites. It's really easy: tuna, bread crumbs, eggs, shredded cheese and some oil to fry them in. Easy, peasy. I'll have to look up Alton's recipe but if it's more difficult than mine, I won't even bother trying it, lol.
